I founded South Downs Consulting on a simple belief: real improvement comes from experience, not from theory.
My career has taken me from high-power electrical testing and precision manufacturing to product certification and factory production control, earning ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification. Rotronic UK subsequently invited me to establish a humidity and temperature calibration laboratory, and I achieved UKAS accreditation in record time. I then spent 12 years at UKAS itself — developing some of the deepest expertise in compliance and technical governance in the field.
Samsung Europe engaged me to review and improve service processes across the region. This evolved into directing mobile phone service operations across Europe and establishing a mobile phone remanufacturing facility in Romania.
Most recently, I've brought the same rigour to high-end property renovation, where process discipline and quality control are equally important.
